Shipping & Returns


We want our customers to be satisfied with their Black Coffee apparel and accessories. Customers can return or exchange unused and unwashed items within 15 days of the item(s) delivery date.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for any cost to ship back returned items. If you are returning an item it is advisable to to use a shipping service that allows for tracking and/or shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for return items that get lost in transit.  

Once we have received your returned item(s) and confirm they have not been worn, washed or damaged we will notify costumes via email about the refund policy. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for credit card refunds. 

When requested we will do our best to issue an exchange of items - this is dependent on having the requested stock available. 

Please note all items marked as final sale are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

To cancel an existing order please contact within 12 hours of placing the order to give us time to process this and ensure the item(s) are not shipped. 

If you receive damaged item(s) including items with manufacturer defects, please email within 15 days of receiving the item and include images and a detailed description of the defect. Black Coffee Apparel stands by our products aim to provice the best quality for our customers.
